We remind you that as from 01.01.2024 the 'temporary visitor' tax is 3,40€ per night. Cradles and baby chairs are available upon request. In the price included: linen, towels, tea towels and final cleaning. A week means from Saturday to Saturday. The apartments are ready for occupation at 2 p.m. The departure time is at 09.30 a.m. We kindly ask our guests to pay the full amount of the holiday stay upon the arrival. A storage room for bikes is available for you. We do not accept pets. The booking is considered firm after receipt of a confirmation deposit. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGB
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions will apply (% on the total stay): upon 21 days before arrival: deposit will be retained, from 7 days until day of arrival or no show: 100%. In case of an early departure we calculate the entire stay booked.
